Returns

We accept return requests within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale items

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

How To Request A Return

To request a return, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Returns should not be shipped back without prior approval.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a defective product.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
